Welcome To The Unique Wellness Centre

Health and Wellness for the under 21’s

A focused space for the under 21’s in which to restore your health and wellness by re-establishing the equilibrium, function and performance of body and mind.

In today’s high-octane world, an occasional exercise class, a bit less junk food and an early night is not really enough to fix us.

Yet, we are so bombarded with messages about diet, exercise and a positive mental attitude that often, many of us do nothing because we don’t know what to do. And that can cause problems.

Our centre is specifically aimed at young people, aged under 21.

Physical Wellness

We all know that diet and exercise are important but in our busy lives, looking after ourselves can often slip. However, simple steps can achieve and maintain physical wellness. We can help you take those steps.

Designed by a physiotherapist and aiming for fitness, strength and health in everyday life for all age groups, the Unique Wellness Centre includes physiotherapy, pilates, aerobic fitness and yoga exercises to ensure all routines are safe and effective.

Our programmes develop participants’ strength, confidence and self-belief. Using physiotherapy-derived exercises, the aim is to empower children and give them the confidence to take responsibility for their own fitness and wellbeing, both now and in the future, whilst developing core strength, balance, flexibility and good posture.
